During a routine inspection
We saw the practice was accessible to people who had mobility problems. One person told us, 'I can't walk very well. You can park outside and there is a lift that takes you to the first floor so that is no problem.'
Records showed dental examinations included checks on teeth, gums, soft tissue and mouth health. People we spoke with who told us they were nervous patients said they felt their worries had been dealt with sensitively. One person told us, "I think the dentist who is looking after my teeth is sympathetically reassuring."
People spoke positively about the staff at the practice. One person told us, "I have no complaints about the dentist or the staff.'
People told us the practice always looked clean and tidy. One person said, 'It is such a nice, clean, lovely place."
We saw there were processes in place to quality assure the practice and the services offered.
