During a routine inspection
We spoke to five people who used the service and they were all very complimentary about the staff and the service they received. One told us; "I couldn't hope to be dealing with a better company." Another person said; "Any issues are dealt with very quickly and they are all very knowledgeable about the care I need."
We looked at the policies and procedures in place to protect people from harm or abuse and saw that the organisation had taken appropriate steps to educate staff and protect vulnerable people.
We looked at the procedures in place to support staff and saw that staff received regular training to do their jobs and had regular access to their line managers to raise any concerns or issues.
We looked at the quality assurance procedures and saw that robust procedures were in place to check and manage the quality of the service being provided.
