During a routine inspection
We found that people were involved in all aspects of their care and support and people were treated with respect.
We found people were provided with the right care and support which was in line with their care plan. Staff had received training and were given support to help them deal with any emergencies.
Strict recruitment processes had been carried out to ensure new staff were suitable to work with vulnerable people.
People told us they were confident about complaining if they needed to. A complaints procedure, which was made available to people who used the service, detailed the process for complaining.
