During a routine inspection
We found that the service had suitable arrangements in place to protect the health, welfare and safety of patients by working in cooperation with others. Patients told us that when they needed referrals to the hospital or other health care professionals this was done in a timely manner. Patients told us they felt safe when attending the practice. We found that the service had taken appropriate action to ensure patients are safeguarded against the risk of abuse.
We found that there was enough suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff employed to meet patient's treatment needs. Patients told us they had completed surveys and attended meetings. The service had effective systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service that people received. We found that records were up to date, held securely and available when requested.
