During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that the staff who ran the service were doing it for the right reason, in that they wanted to provide excellent care and they had succeeded. We were told that the staff had made them feel like they were a family member and that they were well cared for.

We found that people were well looked after and that their care was delivered in a manner that promoted their health, dignity and independence. Staff were recruited appropriately and the service had systems in place to review the quality of the care delivered and service provision.
