During a routine inspection
People confirmed they were provided with all the information they needed about the services provided by the agency. They told us they had regular opportunities to meet with the management and staff to discuss their care needs. They told us that staff kept to their allocated times and should there be any delays they were kept informed.
The comments we received from people who used the service were positive; people said 'the carers are wonderful', they are 'absolutely brilliant'. They told us if they had any concerns about the agency they would not hesitate to speak directly with the registered manager.
The staff confirmed that they received appropriate support and training to enable them to do their job safely and effectively. They told us that when first taking up employment with the agency they had received induction training and had spent time working alongside (shadowing) experienced members of staff.
