During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people during our visit and four people by telephone afterwards. Everyone that we spoke with held the practice in high regard. One said, 'They're always there ready to help if they can'. Another told us, 'I've been absolutely chuffed'. Many of the people that we spoke with told us that they would recommend the practice. One said, 'I'm very impressed, I'd recommend them'. Another told us, 'People we've recommended to them have come back and said thank you'.

We spoke with both dentists and two dental nurses, one of whom was also the practice manager. They told us that they enjoyed working at the practice. They told us, 'We all get along really well' and said, 'We've got some lovely patients here'.

We found that the practice was very welcoming. People were offered choices about the treatment that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner. Everyone that we spoke with told us that they could approach the practice if they were unhappy or had ideas to discuss.
