This was because people received kind and compassionate care that was responsive to their needs. The management team had clear oversight and strong leadership and accountability. Right support, right care, right culture is the guidance CQC follows to make assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it. Staff at Lutterworth View provided care and support that enhanced individuals' choice, control, and independence. People received consistent care and support from a stable staff team that knew them well and understood their diverse needs. Staff engaged with individuals in their preferred manner, upholding their dignity, privacy, and human rights. The provider had established a co-production and development hub that ensures inclusivity, empowering service users to make informed decisions regarding their care and support. A staff member said, "Our Vision and values are to show kindness, resilience and be passionate. I really enjoy my work, we support people to live a better life and integrate into society.”
