During a routine inspection
People told us that staff were 'prompt and efficient' and that their timekeeping was generally good. People that used the service told us that staff had assisted them to regain their confidence and be as independent as possible.
People told us they felt safe using the service and that staff were "polite and considerate."
Feedback from people that used the service was very positive and confirmed staff involved and adopted a partnership approach with them to ensure people were actively involved in their support. People told us that staff took their concerns seriously. We saw that a person had recently commented in a survey that staff "listened to me and not told me what to do."
