During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients on the day of our visit. They both told us they were happy with
the treatment they received at the practice. One patient said, "its fine here, I have never had a problem, I am happy with my treatment." Another patient told us, "I would say that overall everything is fine."
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. The dental nurse we spoke with was aware of her role with regards the disposal of clinical waste. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Staff received appropriate professional development. People we spoke with voiced
positive opinions about the staff.
People were made aware of the complaints system. This was provided in a format that met their needs.
