People attended a number of consultations and received detailed information to enable them to make a decision about their surgery. People had a treatment plan which documented decision making, consent and details of the cosmetic treatment provided. People received care in a safe and clean environment. The clinic undertook periodic customer satisfaction surveys to gain feedback from people who use the service and highlight any areas for improvement. No complaints had been recorded during 2013.
