During a routine inspection
People told us staff discussed their treatment options with them. One person said "Everything was explained to me and it was so clear". People also told us the costs of treatment were explained to them at each visit. One person said "It was very clear what I had to pay. They let me pay for treatment in instalments which is a weight off my mind".
We looked at the records of people using the service. We saw people were provided with treatment plans that set out their treatment needs and costs. Records we looked at showed people received the treatment that was planned.
People told us the environment was clean and tidy every time they visited. One person said about the surgery "It's lovely in there".
We saw staff kept their skills and knowledge refreshed by undertaking training specific to their roles. People spoke positively about staff. One person told us "They are very good and the reception is brilliant". Another person said staff were "nice and respectful'.
We noted staff undertook regular audits to monitor and review the quality and safety of the service provided.
