During a routine inspection
We saw the provider tailored care and support to meet the needs of people who used the service and each care worker worked with only one person.
We saw the provider took time to meet with people to discuss the services available and took comprehensive notes about preferences and needs which were used to assist with completion of care plans.
We saw the service had never missed a call to people's homes and there were appropriate contingencies in place to ensure people were always visited at the correct time.
We saw the provider had comprehensive care plans for all the people who used the service and these were reviewed regularly. All changes were agreed by the people who used the service, their relatives or representatives.
We saw the provider sent out questionnaires to people who used the service, relative and representatives and used the feedback from these to monitor and where necessary make changes to the service they provided.
Everyone we spoke with about the service told us it was good and they were happy with the company and the care staff who worked with them.
