The practice is located in Stuart Crescent Health Centre, which also contains a number of other services. It has a shared waiting room. When we visited the surgery we spoke with three patients and seven members of staff, including the doctors, the practice nurse, and the practice manager. All the patients were positive about the surgery and the experience of care they had received. We received the following comments from them:
'I've never had any complaints.'
'It is good here. The doctor is good.'
'No problem with it.'
We found that people's privacy, dignity and independence were respected. Patients told us they felt respected by the doctors and their privacy was respected.
