During a routine inspection
As the agency was not supplying personal care directly to people at the time of our visit, we looked at the policies and procedures the agency had in place to deliver this service in the future.
We found that people who used the service would be protected from the risk of abuse because the agency had policies and procedures in place to identify the signs of abuse and respond to concerns of abuse.
We viewed staff records for four members of staff during our visit. We did not speak with staff who supported people because at the time of our visit they were not providing personal care to people in their own homes.
We saw there were enough skilled staff to provide care to people at short notice.
Records we saw showed the agency had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service.
