During a routine inspection
One patient said, 'I really like the surgery, it's one of the best I have been to. I have been here quite a lot recently and everyone treats me with respect. The staff and the GPs here are excellent.' Another patient said 'All of the staff here are really enthusiastic, the GP's are very professional, they are really understanding of my needs and always listen to what I have to say'. Another patient said 'I am a new patient here, I am happy to have registered at this practice. The staff are friendly, they talk to you nicely'. Another patient said 'I am a very nervous patient but the GP always makes me feel at ease'.
We saw that the practice had safeguarding policies that related to adults and children and there was a lead contact for each of these at the practice.
We saw the practice was clean and well maintained throughout. Patients using the practice said the practice was always clean and tidy.
We saw that the practice had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. We found that patient's views were taken into account to improve the practice for patients.
