We found no concerns with access.
People's experience of this service
Patients’ feedback was used to improve access for people. The leaders at the practice continually monitored the appointment system, access, and patient satisfaction survey and has taken several actions to improve this. They identified busy periods to ensure patient demand was managed and responded to in a timely manner. One of the recent improvements made to the appointment provision in the last year was that the practice was now offering more face-to-face appointments to its patients.
