During a routine inspection
People we spoke with confirmed that the treatment they had received had been discussed and they had signed a treatment plan. People said "They explained what would happen" and "The information they gave me was good".
We saw that the dental practice had up to date medical history forms for their patients which they signed at each review.
The dental practice had a clear decontamination process for dirty equipment and we saw that the treatment areas were clean and tidy. One person commented "I moved to this practice because of its cleanliness".
Staff had access to a range of training courses and they told us that they felt supported by their manager.
We saw there was a suggestions box, comments book and questionnaires available in reception for patients to give feedback about their treatment.
People told us they were happy with the practice. "The reception staff are very good" and "I am very pleased with the treatment I have received here".
