During a routine inspection
Care was assessed and delivered in a way to meet the needs of people who used the service.
Risk was managed appropriately. People were protected from the risk of abuse.
Staff at the clinic, were given regular training and were given a professional appraisal of their work.
There were systems in place to monitor performance and audits were completed by the provider.
A complaints system was in place that encouraged patient feedback as important for improving the service. Complaints were taken seriously and responded to appropriately.
People were positive about the treatment received at the location. Comments included 'The care was excellent' and 'I have no complaints. They looked after me well'.
