During a routine inspection
We found the premises to be furnished to a good standard, clean and well maintained. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
People told us they were always consulted about their care and treatment plans. They said the dentist always explained treatments in a way that they could understand. Patients confirmed they were always told how much each treatment cost.
We found staff received appropriate professional development and were well supported in their roles.
We spoke with three people who used the practice. All said they were very satisfied with the care, treatment and support they received. The provider also sought the views of patients by asking them to complete a questionnaire. We saw the responses from patients surveys were extremely positive.
We saw their were robust audits in place for checking patients records, medical equipment, emergency medication and infection control.
