During a routine inspection
People had received appropriate care and treatment after they had been assessed and examined. Medical record were comprehensive and included suitable histories of peoples health and where necessary their relevant social circumstances that were associated with their health and wellbeing.
Safeguarding training plans for staff had not been provided for all staff and safeguarding policies did not refer to the Local Authority guidelines the provider must follow.
The premises were well maintained, comfortable and appeared clean. Overall, the premises were a safe and suitable and spacious environment for people and for staff to work in.
