Date of assessment 28 February to 1 March 2024. We conducted a responsive assessment to follow up information of concern shared with CQC. The practice was fully cooperative throughout the process and our assessment identified no breaches of regulation.

We saw staff spoke to people politely and provided them with choice and support to access services. The practice website was up to date and information on how to access appointments was available. Results from the National GP Patient Survey showed the practice were in line with local and national averages in the overall experience of making an appointment. People we spoke with as part of the assessment told us the care they received was good and that they were involved in decisions about their care and treatment.
