During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people who told us all the staff were "extremely caring" and "very polite" and that they felt they were well trained. They told us the manager was approachable and would always "try and accommodate" their needs. People told us they felt involved with planning their care and the staff were good at communicating concerns and changes. People told us the staff "do more than they need to" and "use their initiative" which meant that people felt they were considerate of all their needs and they told us this meant they felt safe with the staff.
We saw that people had completed satisfaction surveys and saw that there was good feedback from people about the service; one person had stated they would "recommend them to neighbours". We also saw letters from people thanking the agency for the care they provided.
