During a routine inspection
We looked at the care records for the person receiving care and the information provided to people who enquired about the service. People received a 'service user guide' which gave them detailed information about the service and what people could expect in terms of their care and support. We spoke with one person who used the service and they told us they were happy with the care they received.
We saw there were procedures in place to carry out comprehensive assessments to identify people's individual care and support needs. We saw how assessments had been used to develop a plan of care and support.
We saw the service had a robust recruitment and selection process in place. There were also systems and procedures in place to assess and monitor the quality of service being provided.
