During a routine inspection
People who used this service received safe and appropriate support to meet their assessed needs. The relative of a person who used the service told us, "I can't praise the staff enough. I am very happy with the care X receives."
The provider had taken appropriate action to ensure all staff working for Cheshire Quality Care understood their responsibilities in relation to safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse. Staff had received relevant training and robust procedures ensured they knew what action to take if it was suspected or alleged that a person using the service was at risk of abuse.
Staff working for Cheshire Quality Care received good training and support from the provider. This ensured they had the skills and knowledge to safely meet the needs of the people they supported.
A robust system of quality assurance was in place to ensure that people using the service received a person centred service and safe care and support.
