Care Outlook Oxford is a domiciliary care agency. They provide personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection 92 people were receiving personal care. We looked at 7 quality statements: Learning culture, Involving people to manage risks, Safe and effective staffing, Responding to people’s immediate needs, Person centred care, Freedom to speak up and Governance and assurance.
