Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

A copy of the provider's action plan must be sent to the Care Quality Commission within 7 days of this notice taking effect. Then, on the first Monday of every month the provider must send the Care Quality Commission the updated action plan describing what steps have been taken to make improvements.

The registered person must create an action plan describing clear timescales for when action will be taken and by whom in relation to how they intend to improve care in the following areas;
a. Care planning. Ensuring care plans contain comprehensive and up to date information including clear guidance for staff around how to meet Service User’s needs. How these will be regularly reviewed to ensure the information is updated and contemporaneous.
b. Risk assessments. Ensuring risk assessments contain comprehensive and up to date information around Service User’s risks including clear guidance for staff around how to mitigate these. How these will be regularly reviewed to ensure the information is updated and contemporaneous.
c. Medicines management. Ensuring Service User’s medicines are administered as prescribed and medicines records reflect this.
