During a routine inspection
Care was planned with the involvement of the people who use the service and reflected people's individual needs. One person who uses the service told us they had "a very long conversation" with the manager about the care they required when first planning their care.
There were arrangements in place for staff training and supervision and staff were clear about their responsibilities over safeguarding vulnerable adults.
There were systems in place for the provider to monitor the quality of the service provided and for recording complaints.
