During a routine inspection

At the time of the inspection there was one person using the service and one member of staff providing sufficient levels of care to the person using the service. We found that people were respected and their dignity maintained by staff. We found that staff supported people using the service with their care needs.

We found that the provider had strategies in place to safeguard people from harm, staff were knowledgeable of local safeguarding policies and procedures and were able to demonstrate how to report allegations of abuse.

We saw evidence of a complaints policy and mechanisms for the management of complaints.
