During a routine inspection
People were provided with sufficient information to make an informed decision about their treatment. They were given an explanation of the treatment options available to them during their consultation, and this was followed-up with a detailed written treatment plan including the associated costs.
People received care and treatment that ensured their safety and welfare from staff who received appropriate professional development. There was emergency equipment available and staff had attended training annually. There were systems in place to reduce the spread of infection and we saw reusable instruments were sterilized in accordance with recommended guidelines.
