During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were satisfied with the service they received. People told us the staff were friendly and helpful. One person said, 'The dentist is brilliant, very good.' Another person said, 'I have no problems getting an appointment when I need one.'
We observed decontamination practices. We found that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
There was a complaints procedure in place along with satisfaction surveys. We found that people had given positive feedback about their experience of the service from surveys we reviewed.
