During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used Rapport Dentistry and they were happy with the service they received. One person told us that they had required complex treatment and the dentist had provided detailed explanations and involved the person's partner. People told us they trusted the dentist and did not feel pressurised to have treatment they did not require.

We found that people consented to the treatment they received, and the dentist completed an assessment of their needs. We also found that there were appropriate cleaning regimes in place and the provider had completed appropriate checks on staff. There was a complaints procedure available and this was on display for people to read.
