During a routine inspection
We found that people were asked to consent to their care and their wishes were respected, and the provider acted in accordance with the requirements of the Mental Capacity Act (2005). We found people's care and support needs were assessed, and relevant care plans and risk assessments were drawn up. People we spoke with told us their care needs were met and records we looked at confirmed this. The provider ensured through robust recruitment processes that people received care only from people whose background had been effectively checked. We found the provider sought feedback from people and it's staff on the quality of the service and appropriate records were maintained to ensure people received care that was appropriate.
