Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

1. Within 14 days of this condition coming into effect the registered provider must
send to the Care Quality Commission a report detailing the quality assurance
audits they have completed at An Darach Care - Cambridgeshire, 2
Peterborough Road, Farcet, Cambridgeshire, PE7 3BH in respect of the
following;
• Service users’ care plans. If sections have been removed or left blank,
a clear rationale needs to be included to support this.
• Service users’ positive behaviour support plans.
• Records of behaviour of concerns, and analysis of these for trends to
prevent reoccurrence. Each record should include the debrief, support
and follow-up with both the service user and any staff involved.
• Daily records
• Evidence that actions have been completed following weekly, monthly,
and bi-annual medicine audits.
• Evidence that actions have been completed following service
compliance reviews.
• Staff training records are accurate and a plan in place to address the
gaps in staff training.
2. Thereafter a written report must be sent to the Care Quality Commission by
the registered provider no later than the 28th day of each month. The report
must include any action identified by the audit, the person responsible for
carrying out any actions identified and timescales for completion of all actions.
