During a routine inspection
During the inspection visit we spoke with the partners who were dentists (one who was also the registered manager), the practice manager, and an agency dental nurse. We spoke with a patient who used the service on the day of the inspection. We looked at some of the facilities and the physical environment of the practice. We reviewed records relating to the management of the service, the employment of staff, and some of the overall quality assurance systems in place.
We found that patients received a safe and effective service. Staff were caring and responsive to patients' needs. Patients were provided with treatment at a well-managed and well led service.
