During a routine inspection
We spoke with one professional who works with the service. They were able to confirm that the service respects, and does not judge, the people who use it. This, they felt, is at the core of them being able to help people. Comments on the service from this person included: 'clients feel absolutely respected', a really good package', and 'all here work together for the common good'.
Another agency we spoke with talked of the value and effectiveness of the service. They particularly valued the work of the outreach service.
One of the managers from the Primary Care Trust also attended during our visit. They were keen to learn more about the service offered at the Anchor Centre.
