During a routine inspection
We were told 'The staff always treat me with dignity and respect, the nurses are first class.'
The prisoners we spoke with felt waiting times across all services provided were generally better than they would experience in the community.
The prisoners we spoke with told us they felt the staff in the healthcare unit seemed to be competent, 'I have no concerns about any of the staff and there seem to be plenty of them.' and 'They've always dealt with me well, the same experience I've had in the community.'
