Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered provider must provide to the Care Quality Commission within 28 days from the date of this notice being effective a copy of audits it has undertaken in relation to:
a. Action taken to implement governance systems and audits to monitor the quality of the service;
b. Assessing, monitoring and improving the quality assurance processes and safety of the services provided in the carrying on of the regulated activity;
c. Monitoring completion and/or implementation of the providers safeguarding audit system, which should include a safeguarding log and details of outcomes and actions of each safeguarding incidents.
d. You must set out action(s) taken (or to be taken) as a result of these audits. You must continue to provide the Care Quality Commission with any further audits, setting out action taken (or to be taken) on the first Monday of each subsequent calendar month.
The registered provider must provide CQC on each first Monday of every month with a report of new service users receiving the regulated activity, personal care from Radiant Life Care, 183 Cherry Tree Lane, Rainham, Essex, RM13 8TU.
The registered provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with a written report within 14 days setting out how they will ensure that there is an effective system to identify and assess any potential safeguarding issues and the management of vulnerable children and adults. This must include the maintenance of a register and a protocol for escalating concerns in line with local safeguarding arrangements. Further, the Care Quality Commission requires the provider to provide them with:
a. A list of actions that you have taken to address the breaches identified at this inspection.
b. Details of the audits you will carry out to ensure that these breaches do not reoccur.

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity Personal Care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.
