Caring
Patients had access to a range of activities and staff assisted them to access the community regularly. Patients told us staff were approachable but not all felt staff listened to them. Patients had access to several communal areas and appropriate outdoor space. Staff were knowledgeable about patient needs and patient care and treatment plans were regularly reviewed at ward rounds.
