Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

1. The Registered Provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with an action plan that addresses failures found during the inspection on 22 and 24 January 2019 and reported in this Notice of Proposal. The action plan must demonstrate how the provider intends to rectify issues surrounding incident management and oversight. In particular, this must cover; risk assessments for challenging behavior, care plans for challenging behavior, the quality of incident recording and any changes to how incidents are audited.

2. The Registered Provider must complete weekly audits to ensure this action plan is being met. A summary outcome of these audits must be sent to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday of every month.
