The Laurels and The Limes Care Home is a care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 88 people, some of whom were living with dementia. We undertook an assessment of the service on 11th April 2024. At the time of our assessment there were 64 people using the service. The service supported people across 2 buildings: The Laurels, which supported people living with dementia, and The Limes, which supported people who required nursing or residential care. We spoke with 13 people using the service, 14 relatives and 5 external professionals who work with the service. We spoke with 13 staff, including the regional manager, quality manager, manager, care staff and domestic staff.
