Independence, choice and control
People told us they felt involved with their care planning and were able to make decisions for themselves and could make their choices and preferences known. Any changes to care planning were communicated with people and the staff team. One person told us, they were fully involved with coordinating their care.
Staff told us, they enjoyed getting to know people and had been able to support people to remain independent. One staff member told us they supported a person to complete their physiotherapy exercises to assist in keeping them mobile.
