Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. Staff had completed equality and diversity training and used this learning to help support people appropriately. One person said, “The staff are very good. I believe they couldn’t be any better. Even when they’re busy, they smile and make time for me.” A relative said, “They treat people with dignity and respect but still have a bit of fun and keep people smiling.”
