Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient told us, “I am a new patient at Bliss Dental, and I am very happy that I found them. The team are very welcoming and helpful.” Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. One patient told us, “I am a nervous patient, but the Bliss Team makes me so welcome every time, that I have all my trust in them.” Another patient told us, “[dentist’s name] is a very knowledgeable dentist, and he always makes sure that I am fully aware about my treatment, he explains everything in a way that I can understand.” People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “This is a happy place to work.”
