Responsive
We rated responsive as good. We assessed 1 quality statement. The provider sought out the views of people and relatives to continuously improve the service. People did not experience discrimination and staff worked hard to provide equity in access to care and treatment.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People had care plans in place that detailed their care and support required and any barriers to providing this. This ensured staff were able to meet people's needs. Equality, diversity and human rights were covered in peoples plans of care and detailed how to respect these. Restrictions were clearly detailed in plans of care, and people’s capacity and where required MCA and DoLS were in place.
Staff actively sought out and listened to people. Regular resident and relative meeting were held for views and opinions to be heard.
Processes were in place to seek people’s views and listen to information. The provider actively sought out the views of people to continuously improve the service so there was equality in experience or outcomes.
