We reviewed the results of the feedback made directly to us, and online feedback. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were kind and considerate treated patients with respect and compassion. They said that staff were understanding and help put people at ease during their appointments. Patients said staff were professional, helpful and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals.

Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights. Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
