We received some mixed feedback about staffing levels, some people felt they had to wait a while for their needs to be met but this had not resulted in harm to anyone. Feedback about staff was they were knowledgeable and able to meet people’s individual needs in line with their wishes and preferences. One person said, “[Staff] know what they’re doing, and if they don’t they ask someone.” The person shared an example of when staff had noticed a change in them and had got them the support they needed.
People and relatives felt involved in the care provided. One person said, “I’m treated exactly like the staff are. I get two choices of dinner. I choose my own clothes to wear.” People and their relatives told us they had no complaints. One relative said, “There are no suggestions needed, everything is taken care of.”
