Governance, management and sustainability
Staff spoke positively about the management of the service. Staff told us they were trained according to their roles and received support to understand their roles and progress within the service. The management team explained to us they had clearly defined roles and there was a well-established governance structure to provide both clinical and operational oversight.
Systems and processes were established and actively used to monitor the quality of care provided and identify any areas where improvements could be made.
