Our view of the service
Adada Care Services (Cheshire) is a domiciliary care agency providing the regulated activity personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 251 people were using the service. We carried out our off-site assessment of the service between 16 July 2024 and 30 September, and our on-site assessment on 16 July, 28 August and 3 September 2024. We looked at thirteen quality statements; Learning Culture; Safe systems pathways and transitions; Safeguarding; Safe and effective staffing; How staff, teams and services work together; Consent to care and treatment; Independence choice and control; Care provision, integration, and continuity; Listening to and involving people; Shared direction and Culture; Freedom to speak up; Workforce equality, diversity and inclusion and Governance, management and sustainability.
People's experience of this service
People and their loved ones told us that they were happy with the service they received and that staff supported them well. They told us they felt able to raise issues if they had concerns, and they said staff were kind and caring. We were told by one person about staff, “The carers are attentive to mum and meet her needs ”.
