Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The management team told us the visions and values of their service revolved around providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients while promoting dignity, respect, and independence. We aim to empower our clients to live fulfilling lives in their own homes while ensuring their safety and well-being. These values are communicated to all staff members through training sessions, induction programs, and regular updates. To demonstrate these values our staff, ensure that they treat each client with empathy, respect their preferences, and always strive to deliver the best possible care. Staff told us they were well supported and felt part of a valued team. All staff we spoke with were extremely positive, and we received examples where well-being of staff was promoted and work place adjustments made.
Processes were in place to promote well-being of staff to enable them to deliver person-centred care.
